Position: Sales Trainer
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Trainer to join our team. As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales team.
– Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs for new hires and existing sales teams
– Ensure sales teams have a deep understanding of the products and services offered by Spectrum BPO
– Evaluate the effectiveness of sales training programs and make necessary improvements
– Collaborate with sales managers to identify training needs and areas for improvement
– Stay current with industry trends and best practices in sales training
Requirements:
– 3+ years of experience as a sales trainer or sales coach
– Proven experience in delivering successful sales training programs
– Strong presentation and public speaking skills
– Ability to design and develop training materials
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes
– Strong organizational and time management skills
