Inbound campaigns are those where you get customer calls, and you need to convert them into sales calls. It requires you to provide the information so that customers understand everything and are happy to buy our services. On each successful sale, you earn a handsome commission.
Outbound campaigns are where you need to dial into customers and teach them about our services and why they are better than other providers. In outbound campaigns also, you need to convince customers to purchase our services. Here again, you earn a commission on every successful sale.

The commission is the amount that you earn on each successful sale that you make. It has nothing to do with hitting the target or not. If you make one sale, you are eligible for the commission of one sale, and upon hitting the target, you get commission and spiff both.
